After long time... new Marvel Custom Figure Magda Lensherr

Dear followers,

as promised (or threatened...) after finishing the X-Com serie, here I am starting again with the Marvel Custom figures.

I hope you will enjoy this new beginning!

The first one is Magda Lensherr, for which I have to share a bit of historical info, first.

(...) Magda Lensherr was a freelance secret agent.

She was originally assigned to watch Magneto, but the assignment was compromised as she developed feelings for him and gave birth to his children; the twins Wanda and Pietro.

When Magneto eventually found out the truth about Magda, he took the children and left her.

Magda was also romantically entangled with Logan, and bore him a son as well: Jimmy.

Magda stole a sample of Mothervine, a drug that ensured pregnant mothers would birth mutant children that could be programmed and weaponized, and injected herself with it, not knowing at the time that she was carrying Jimmy.

Wolverine eventually tracked her down in order to retrieve the stolen sample and discovered the child. Magda entrusted the child to Wolverine and fled.

Years later, she re-emerged, stopping a fight between her two sons.

She arranged for Pietro's medical care from the injuries he sustained from his brother and her, before disappearing again. (...)

The figure was created starting from an epoxy resin copy of a warrior woman purchased on Amazon, and not at a good price either...!! (about 30€... seller from China).

The colors are from Vallejo and the gun was made by me with milliput green.

The base is a 3D print made in resin (cost of the base in resin about 1€ of material) with an Anycubic Photon Mono 2 printer. It is a print of a base similar to the official Eaglemoss ones, downloaded from the site Thingiverse one of the best two sites for free STL downloads.

About Eaglemoss, after many years, I remind you that this whole blog was born from my admiration for the sensational work done by the Eaglemoss company with their MCFC (Marvel Comics Figurine Collection).

Have fun and have a look at her 4d view in the relevant gallery.

Ciauz!
