My two last Eaglemoss customs: 299 and 300.

Here the story ends. Too many space for more than 500 miniatures in my home, I need a bigger boat!
So The decision to stop at number 300, that I'm introducing now.

What will be the future of my hobby?

Surely I got about 30 old customs I would like to revive, correct and renew. I'll publish them one by one.
I got three requests for customs now, of course free, as I don't sell my customs. They are three special friends can't say no.

Later, after summer time, I'll start sculpting 100% from zero to final painting. It will take a lot of time and will be a long way to run, so much to learn. But I'll show often progress of the new creations, so stay tuned, Avengers Assemble!!

Number 299 - Conan

Custom number 300 : Hawkeye Girl

298 - Alkhema

Courtesy of Wikipedia:
Alkhema was constructed by Ultron-13 as his second attempt to create a mate, based on the brain patterns of Mockingbird (Bobbi Morse). In the end she ultimately betrayed Ultron to the Avengers West Coast. Where she is different from Ultron, she desired to kill all humans individually rather than en masse. She first went up against the Avengers shortly after being constructed, when she attacked a weapons center. She was defeated but escaped. She later would go on to betray Ultron. After a recent defeat of Ultron, she salvaged the set of brain patterns based after Hank Pym, Wasp, Vision, Wonder Man, Scarlet Witch and the Grim Reaper from the rubble of Ultron’s Slorenian base, where she built her Robos, War Toys and Bio-Synthezoids. However, she was seemingly destroyed at Thebes when Hawkeye fired an "anti-metal" arrow into her.

Queen Veranke, the Skrull Queen

Custom N°297...............

Courtesy of Wikipedia:
After the group of Earth superheroes known as the Illuminati escape from the Skrull palace, King Dorrek VII is accosted by Veranke, a princess from the Tyeranx 7 province, for not heeding the words of the Skrull prophecies, which state the attack upon the palace, then the destruction of the Skrull homeworld, the coming of a "wave of devastation" through Skrull space, and the need to take "a world of blue" as their new home. As Dorrek ignores her warnings, Veranke declares if he is unable to heed the writings of the Skrull's scriptures and the will of the Skrull people, he should be removed from the throne. For her defiance, Dorrek banishes Veranke to a prison planet, brushing her off as an insane fanatic and a traitor while acknowledging executing her would only turn her into a martyr for her cause.
Years later, the Skrull throneworld is destroyed by Galactus, Devourer of Worlds. The next prophecy fulfilled, the Skrulls elevate Veranke, still on the prison world, to the throne of the Skrull Empire. Queen Veranke.

Serpent Society Complete

To beach or not to beach? This is the question!
And Death Adder is the answer!!

So fellows as promised here they are Death Adder and Diamondback. It seems my effort on Serpent Society is end now. Maybe one day I'll think about Anaconda and Black Racer, in roder to have them all, but for now.... stop. Yet enough!

Last custom is Phyla Vell, Hope you like them all.

Death Adder comes from a Green Milliput modification starting from Scorpion Original Eaglemoss.
Diamodback is White Magic Sculp modification of a resin copy from Crystal Eaglemoss figure.
Phyla Vell is a White Magic Sculp modification from a resin copy of Jocasta figure from Eaglemoss, after adapting the Moonstone's cloak to her.

To number 300 still 4 customs left. One is really almost done, that is Veranke. The last three I choose Alkhema, a Hydra Member and Hawkeye Girl. If you have some suggestion for a last minute character I could re-think about the Hydra member or Alkhema. Le me know! (Hawkeyegirl is out of discussion!!!!!!)

This is not the best Eaglemoss Marvel Collection custom blog, but I'm pretty sure this is the largest in the Net!

Byezz!!

Custom N°291: Stryfe

Courtesy of Wikipedia:
Stryfe is the clone of Nathan Christopher Summers, the son of Cyclops and Madelyne Pryor (a clone of Jean Grey); when the immortal mutant Apocalypse infects the infant Nathan with a techno-organic virus, a woman from the distant future introducing herself as Askani appears to Cyclops and Jean Grey, telling them that she can save the child. Once the infant Nathan arrives in the future, Askani clones the baby, hoping to salvage something if he dies. The clone's growth is greatly accelerated until he is the same age as Nathan himself. The Askani succeed in halting the spread of the techno-organic virus in Nathan's body, thereby saving his life. However, Apocalypse and his forces attack the Askani's hiding place and steal the cloned infant. Apocalypse takes the child as his own, raising him himself and naming him Stryfe, intending to use him as his next host body. As Apocalypse is about to transfer his essence into Stryfe, he discovers that Stryfe is in fact a clone, thus unfit to house his essence. A teenage Nathan and the time-traveling Cyclops and Jean confront Apocalypse, leaving him unable to transfer into any host body, thus causing his essence to discorporate.

Made from a resin copy of Captain Britain Eaglemoss with some position changes and building the armor in green Milliput, the cloak and the helm in White Magic Sculp. Hope you like it.

Madelyne Pryor The Goblin Queen

Madelyne Jennifer Pryor-Summers is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics universe. As the love interest and first wife of X-Men leader Cyclops (Scott Summers), she became a long-standing member of the X-Men supporting cast, until a series of traumas — being abandoned by her husband, losing her infant son, and discovering that she was a clone of Jean Grey — eventually led to her being manipulated into becoming a supervillain. She and Cyclops are the parents of Nathan Christopher Charles Summers.

Made from a copy of Hellcat Eaglemoss figurine by building the axe, changing some phisical attribute and totally redressing using Magic Sculpt. I also provided a cloak for her but I have to say that at the end, frankly speaking, I preferred this final version with her back being visible.

All pictures are taken at macro and flash, hope to show a better view during the weekend when I'll have some time free to take picture with (hopefully) a normal daylight!

As promised

As promised I took a picture of Mentor with daylight (moreless...) and close to Death Adder from the Serpent Society...

Have to say that today was a wonderful day for the shore, but I wanted to give a strong impulse to my collection. So I passed the whole sunday sculpting characters (ghghghgh!!) but at the end of the day I'm pretty satisfied, as three cloaks are drying while I write.
Those cloaks are for the Goblin Queen, Stryfe and Phyla Vell that are finished and ready for painting.

And that's not all folks!

Veranke, Maelstrom, Diamondback, Death Adder and Jackpot are ready for painting also.
So a total of 8 characters are ready to pass under the brushes. Hope to start soon painting so that I can finalize within July the collection with the very last three: Hawkeye Girl, Hydra Soldier and Alkhema!

Byezz

Mentor, Shi'Ar Imperial Guard

Hi!
With this character my Shi'Ar series ends up! I'll try in the weekend to take a picture of the whole group (and a daylight picture of Mentor....).
Who is Mentor...?
Mentor is a long-time member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard, an army of powerful beings that enforce Shi'ar Imperial law on all planets within the Shi'ar Galaxy and serve the rulers of the Shi'ar Empire. Mentor was among the first of the Guard to clash with the X-Men and Starjammers as they fought to free Shi'ar Empress Lilandra Neramani from her brother, D'Ken and Davan Shakari. Mentor swore his allegiance to Lilandra after D'Ken's defeat.

Red Shift and the Galactus Gang

Courtesy of Wikipedia:
Nothing is known about Red Shift's past before he became the Herald of Galactus. At some point, Galactus became addicted to the consumption of intelligent life. It is unclear whether this occurred before or after Red Shift is empowered as herald, but Red Shift cooperates fully with Galactus's plans. In time, Red Shift attempts to lead Galactus to Earth. He starts by attacking the Silver Surfer, who battles Red Shift for a short while before recognizing that he possesses the Power Cosmic as one of Galactus's Heralds. He opens a portal to trap the Surfer in a black hole but was himself trapped when the Surfer destroys one of his swords and confiscated the other.

Coming soon with Jackpot and Fang (last Shi'ar in my to do list...)
